8. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. 

9. Non-Refundable Considerations

   • Promotional Services: Services purchased using promotional codes or special discounts may be subject to separate terms and are non-refundable except as required by law.

   • Services Rendered: Once a service has been rendered, including completed consultations and delivered reports, it is considered accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
