Terms and Conditions

This page (together with any documents referred to herein) outlines the Terms & Conditions under which The Numerical Universe Services provides its services and products listed on our website, www.lifedestiny.live (the Site). By ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. Any provisions not specified herein shall refer to the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice by updating them on the Site.

 

We prioritize your privacy. The categories of personal data processed depend on your service interactions. We use your data to align services with preferences, manage requests, contact you about services of interest, and perform necessary administrative services. Information about Us

The Site is operated by The Numerical Universe Services and/or our affiliates (referred to as “we” / “us”).

Formation of Contract

  1. To order a service from our Site, follow the on-screen prompts after selecting your desired service. Review and correct any errors in your order until you submit by clicking "Proceed to Payment". Amendments cannot be made post-submission.

  2. By placing an order, you confirm that: 

    • you wish to avail a service, 

    • you are legally eligible to enter into a contract, and 

    • all provided information is accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  3. After order placement, an email acknowledgment with your order number and summary will be sent. This is not an order acceptance. Verification of details may be required before acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, modify, decline, or limit any order without prior notification. Acceptance occurs upon successful payment processing, and a confirmation email will be sent. Errors in service details, pricing, or availability may be corrected without prior notice.

  4. An order confirmation email will be sent upon service acceptance. Separate confirmations will be sent for orders spanning multiple services, with each service forming an independent contract.

  5. Each contract relates only to confirmed services. Other services in your order are supplied only when confirmed separately.

  6. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion and are not liable in such cases.

  7. Orders may be unprocessable if services are unavailable or payment authorization issues occur.

 

Service Delivery

  1. We strive to provide consultancy services promptly following the selected delivery option at the time of order placement. Consultations shall be scheduled to occur no later than 14 days from the date of payment confirmation.

  2. Reports purchased through our services will be delivered digitally via email or Business WhatsApp, as preferred by the client: Life Destiny Report: Delivered within 48 hours of payment | Life Destiny Calendar: Delivered within 7 days of payment | Couples Compatibility Report: Delivered within 48 hours of payment | Other Personalized Reports: Delivery may take up to 21 days following payment.

  3. There are no additional delivery costs for reports delivered via email or Business WhatsApp. Ensure all provided recipient details are correct to facilitate timely delivery.

  4. Consultations are conducted via Business WhatsApp Call or Zoom Call, depending on the client's preference. Once the mode of consultation is selected, it is the client's responsibility to ensure they can access the platform at the scheduled time.

  5. We aim to adhere to the agreed consultation and report delivery timelines, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. We disclaim liability for any claims or expenses arising from minor delays.

  6. If a client cancels a scheduled consultation without prior notice, any payments made for that consultation may be forfeited. Clients are encouraged to notify us of any necessary changes to scheduled appointments at their earliest convenience to avoid forfeiture and facilitate rescheduling.

Risk and Ownership

  1. Risk for services passes upon delivery. We are not liable for losses post-delivery.

  2. Ownership transfers upon delivery or full payment receipt, whichever is later.

 

Price and Payment

  1. Service prices are as listed on the Site, barring errors. These may include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.

  2. Full payment is required before order processing. Payment by debit/credit card or accepted methods is available on the "Payment" page. We disclaim liability for payment fraud.

  3. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

  4. If your payment method fails, orders will not be accepted. Contact your card issuer for issues.

  5. We reserve the right to change payment terms without notice.

  6. If an order is refused post-payment, refunds are processed based on your financial institution's policies. We are not liable for refund delays.

  7. Promotional codes are redeemable as specified and subject to conditions.

  8. Service pricing errors will be corrected upon discovery. Correctly priced services differing from stated prices may lead to cancellation or contact for instructions before dispatch.

 

Our Liability

  1. We disclaim liability for damages arising from performance failures, errors, or access issues. Service use is at your risk.

  2. We are not responsible for third-party service performance. Product information accuracy is attempted but not guaranteed. Use information and follow provided instructions, bearing legal obligations for product use.

  3. Follow keeping advice for supplied services. Our liability for damage due to advice non-compliance is disclaimed.

  4. Liability is limited to service prices paid. Indirect or consequential damages are not compensated.

  5. Liability for death or injury due to negligence is not excluded.

Liability for performance failures due to uncontrollable events is disclaimed.

 

General

  1. The Numerical Universe Services is registered in Malaysia. Formal notices should be sent to our Customer Services address in the Contact Us section.

  2. Invalid terms are deemed deleted, with remaining terms effective.

  3. We can amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice; changes do not apply retroactively.

  4. Failure to enforce rights does not imply waiver. Rights are non-transferable.

  5. Terms & Conditions define the relationship between parties only.

 

Promotional Offers

Promotional codes and offers are time-limited and subject to availability and conditions specified.
